As an apprentice, you’ll have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of solid plastering—building your skills from the ground up.

What You’ll Learn
Hands-on training across all aspects of the trade, including:
• Traditional sand/cement & acrylic render
• Texture finishes
• Microcement application
• Reading site plans & drawings
• High-quality surface preparation
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
• A genuine interest in the building trades and a desire to learn the art of plastering
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and able to closely follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• White Card (or willingness to obtain one if successful)
• A current driver’s licence and own transport
