What is the role?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Administrator to join our team and provide essential support to our Schools to Engagement Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in administration while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative duties including data entry, filing and managing correspondence
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and basic data reporting
- Assisting with enrolment compliance and accurate record‑keeping
- Communicating with head teachers and school contacts to coordinate activities
- Contacting businesses to arrange appointments and follow-up conversations
- Preparing quotes and supporting documentation
- Maintaining and updating our tool register
- Raising invoices and account reconciliation
- Supporting the Schools to Engagement Specialist with daily tasks and project coordination
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Eager to learn and develop professionally
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel knowledge is a bonus)
- Friendly, positive and a team player
