What to Expect as a Payroll Trainee
- Earn while you learn in a full-time traineeship
- Gain a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120)
- Build practical, in-demand skills in payroll and finance
- Be supported by experienced mentors and a friendly team
Responsibilities Include
- Assisting with payroll processing and employee records
- Learning payroll compliance (awards, agreements, legislation)
- Responding to payroll queries professionally
- Supporting the finance team with reporting and reconciliations
About You
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, organised and motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Word or similar)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
