You’ll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is committed to helping apprentices learn the ropes and build a successful future in the trade.
The Position
As an apprentice, you’ll gain real-world experience and develop skills in:
- Fabrication and welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
- Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
- Operating workshop machinery safely, including press brakes, shears, rolls, plasma cutters, grinders, and drills
- Assembling structural, mechanical, and sound attenuation components to exact specifications
About You
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are excited to kick-start their career in this trade. To be considered, you should have:
- A driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred).
- A genuine passion for learning and developing your skills.
- A keen interest in working with metal and machinery.
- Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and seeing projects through to completion.
- Motivation to complete the full term of the apprenticeship and training requirements.
- Experience in welding structural steel 10ml is desired
