What You Will Learn:
• Install, maintain, and repair a variety of flooring types (e.g., timber, vinyl, carpet, tile, and hybrid flooring)
• Read and interpret flooring plans, drawings, and specifications
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure safe work environments
• Prepare subfloors, measure and cut materials accurately, and use specialised tools and equipment
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
• Develop problem-solving skills essential for complex flooring tasks

• Safe and responsible, with a focus on quality workmanship

Requirements:
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain
• Driver’s license and reliable transport (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required
