About the Role

  • As a trainee, you’ll work closely with clients to provide compassionate care and support, including:
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Supporting clients’ independence and wellbeing
  • Implementing care plans and activity programs
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Preparing and cooking meals

What You’ll Need

  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for shift work (days/nights/weekends)
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Check + Orientation Modules
  • Physically fit and calm under pressure
  • Commitment to inclusive care and CA Care Services’ values

Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience in disability, aged care, or independent support; report writing; leadership skills; and a willingness to learn.
