What is the role?
As the first point of contact for head office in Newcastle, we are seeking a dynamic individual with genuine warmth and a positive attitude.
You’ll be completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business whilst gaining on-the-job training and experience, with ongoing mentoring and support to help you build your career.
Responsibilities Include
- Greeting and welcoming students, clients and visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Creating documents and written communication
- Data entry and management
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- General administration duties
- Provide support on various tasks and projects
About You
You are a positive, friendly and approachable individual with a strong sense of professionalism and a genuine interest in helping others.
The successful applicant will:
- Be well organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a busy team
- Be able to manage and prioritise contending tasks and be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Detail-orientated with high attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- A current driver’s license and own vehicle
