Novaskill is thrilled to be partnering with Tile Warehouse at Warners Bay, and we are looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join their crew, and undertake a traineeship, studying a Certificate III in Business. Looking for a role that’s a bit of business, a bit of retail, and a whole lot of fun? Have a creative side that would LOVE to help customers create their ultimate tile selections? This job is where it’s at!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail and trade clients
- Assist customers with product selection, design, placement and installation advice
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked showroom
- Process sales transactions and payments
- Coordinating product deliveries
- Support general admin and daily team tasks
About You
- Friendly, confident communicator
- Experience in customer facing roles like retail, hospitality, admin or sales would be an advantage
- Willingness to learn (full product training provided)
- Organised, reliable and a team player
