Novaskill is thrilled to be partnering with Tile Warehouse at Warners Bay, and we are looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join their crew, and undertake a traineeship, studying a Certificate III in Warehousing Operations.
If you enjoy staying active at work, helping customers, and being part of a friendly, supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing friendly, helpful service to trade customers, whilst also covering all operations as part of a team in the warehouse
- Assisting customers with product selection & installation advice
- Processing sales transactions and payments
- Packing, loading and receiving customer orders and stock
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Keeping the trade centre well-stocked and presentable
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse
No two days are the same — you’ll be combining customer service with hands-on warehouse work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
What we’re looking for
- A friendly communicator who enjoys helping people
- Experience in retail, hospitality, admin, trade sales or warehousing (great to have, not essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Forklift licence (or willingness to learn)
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently and in a team
- Available full-time (5 days per week), including at least one weekend day
