Client services during the covid-19 pandemic

Dear valued Client,

On behalf of our Board of Directors and our Management team, we want to take a moment to remind everyone that at Novaskill, our continued mission is to support our community and enrich people’s lives. We seek to always provide a safe environment for our clients, students and team members and in times such as these, we believe it is our role and responsibility to do our best to ensure we can provide access to the services people need, whilst doing everything we can to keep our clients and our team safe and healthy.

I wanted to share some of the things we are doing to ensure everyone who studies with Novaskill or works with Novaskill is safe, as well as do our bit to prevent the spread of coronavirus COVID-19.

Firstly, we are following the advice of the Australian Government and the World Health Organisation (WHO) and their recommendations for minimizing the spread of this virus. Over the past few weeks, we have taken a range of precautionary measures across our branches including:

  • Commencing increased cleaning and sanitization of our branch training rooms and open plan / high traffic areas;
  • Preparing our team members to respond quickly to any emerging situation should it occur to best ensure the health and safety of everyone involved;
  • Asking any team member displaying flu-like symptoms to refrain from coming to work and introducing alternative work arrangements where possible for our team members to ensure they are not disadvantaged financially through this process.

Over the coming weeks, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health authorities. This may mean you see things that look a little different in our branches as we take extra precautions. We appreciate your patience and your support as a valued client.

I would ask that if you are feeling unwell please take care of yourself and those around you. Should this be the case or if you prefer not to visit us or have our team out on-site to visit you, we are always happy to find alternative ways of working together.
