This is the latest and minimum qualification requirement for people working in the aged services environment. Develop and practice specialist skills for offering personal client support. The course covers core aged care skills and procedures, with real workplace experience.

The Certificate III in Individual Support has been developed to offer participants skills with practical applications in the aged services either in residential, home or community based environments. This course covers all aspects of working with the aged from quality service delivery through to the development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery.

Commencement: 4 September 2017
Duration: Wed to Fri weekly, for 12 weeks.
