You’re someone who thrives on connection, results, and making things happen.
- A confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Experience in sales or recruitment (desirable)
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in the field
- Passionate about helping people succeed
- Willingness to travel
- Understanding of WHS and IR principles (or willingness to learn)
What We Offer
At Novaskill, we are dedicated to supporting our employees and creating a positive, collaborative work environment. We value a healthy work/life balance and offer a 9-day fortnight, giving you extra time for relaxation and personal interests. During the festive season, you’ll enjoy 3 additional paid leave days between Christmas and New Year. Our senior leaders provide valuable mentorship to help elevate your career, while ongoing professional development opportunities are tailored to your growth. Plus, with paid volunteer leave, you can give back to the causes that matter most to you.
