About The Role

We deliver training across industries, including Business, Hospitality, Construction, Carpentry, Individual Support, Aged Care, and Disability – and we’re on the lookout for passionate Trainers & Assessors to inspire the next generation.

This role is part-time with flexible hours and gives you the chance to make a real impact in your community, grow your career, enjoy ongoing professional development, and be supported by a local mentor.

We’re currently seeking trainers to deliver:

  • CHC330221 Certificate III in Individual Support
  • CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
  • CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability

We also welcome Trainers qualified in other areas we have on scope – so if you’re ready to bring your expertise to the classroom, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include:

  • On-Site Assessment – Conduct regularly scheduled on-site visits to provide face-to-face assessment and training support and safeguard a positive learning and working environment
  • Training Delivery – Training & Assessing of students in various delivery methods, such as online, classroom or out on-site with a trainee
  • Caseload Management – Manage a caseload of trainees and funded students, tailoring training to suit learner needs to achieve progression and completion targets
  • Maintaining Quality – Ensure all compliance obligations are always met, and delivery and assessment standards remain high
  • Mentoring – Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students from different backgrounds throughout their vocational journey

About You

You’re a motivated and approachable professional with hands-on aged care experience and a genuine passion for supporting other to learn and grow. You hold a current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) and are confident delivering engaging, practical training that helps students build real-world skills. You thrive in a people-focused environment, communicate clearly, stay organised, and adapt your training style to suit a diverse range of learners. Above all, you’re committed to making a meaningful difference by shaping compassionate, capable aged care professionals.
