The Opportunity –
Novaskill, in partnership with BRP, is offering an exciting opportunity to launch your career through a Civil Construction Apprenticeship. This hands-on role provides you with paid, on-the-job training while you work towards completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Civil Construction. You’ll be supported every step of the way with ongoing mentoring and industry experience.
What You’ll Learn
Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll develop a wide range of practical skills, including:
· Planning and organising civil construction tasks
· Reading and interpreting construction plans
· Using hand and power tools
· Operating small plant and equipment
· Following Work Health & Safety (WHS) procedures
· Performing measurements and calculations
What You’ll Gain
By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll have:
· Real-world experience working on live civil construction sites
· Confidence using a range of tools and equipment
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· The ability to meet project deadlines
· A solid foundation for further study or career growth in the industry

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
· Is motivated to complete their qualification while working
· Demonstrates good time management and attention to detail
· Shows a willingness to work hard and learn on the job
· Holds a current Driver’s Licence and has reliable transport
· Has a White Card or is willing to obtain one before starting
