Novaskill, in partnership with Northern Beaches Council, is offering a full-time, paid traineeship at the stunning Harbour View Children’s Centre and nearby locations. Work alongside a passionate team, receive dedicated mentorship, and earn a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
About the Role
As a trainee, you will join a supportive team and play a vital role in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supporting play-based learning and group activities
- Assisting with children’s routines including hygiene, meals, and rest
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team
- Learning and applying the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Observing and reflecting on children’s development and learning journeys

To Be Eligible, You Will Need
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis) — can be completed after starting
