We are looking to appoint an apprentice marine mechanic (1st year) to work alongside qualified tradespeople in a supportive team. A well-established business located in the Northern Rivers area. This position would suit someone looking to work in a dedicated field to gain valuable skills with a leading marine company.

The Opportunity 

  • Well established business operating since 1982 
  • On the job training with a specialised team 
  • Gain the skills to work on a range of vessels from custom leisure boats to large commercial vessels

  • Gain a nationally accredited Certificate III in Marine Mechanical Technology 

Who we’re looking for

To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Completion of Year 10 as a minimum
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Be energetic, punctual and reliable
  • Good communication skills
  • Driver’s licence preferable but not essential
  • Construction Industry White Card or ability to obtain
