About the position
This is a great opportunity to start your career in the hospitality industry and complete a Nationally Recognised Qualification along the way.
Based in the the Central Coast region, you will learn and develop skills in the preparation, presentation and delivery of food and beverages in accordance with food safety principles, as well as wash dishes and clean/tidy your workspace according to infection control guidelines. Working in a fast paced environment, you will adhere to and follow general food safety compliance tasks and contribute to positively meeting patron needs and food preferences.
You will be reliable, hard working and have excellent time management and organisational skills.
You will be able to multitask, communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, as well as demonstrate an understanding of safe work processes. You will have an interest in food preparation and/or a hands on role and you will demonstrate a willingness to learn and commit toward completing your formal training.
