Carpentry Apprenticeship

About the position

This Carpentry Apprenticeship will provide you with the essential knowledge and skills required to become a fully qualified tradesperson and build the perfect foundation for you to excel in the building industry. You’ll be given the opportunity to work alongside hardworking and supportive colleagues whilst undertaking a nationally recognised Certificate III in Carpentry.

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Listening and following directions from Supervisor
  • Follow all WHS policies and procedures
  • Ability to travel (work based in Sawtell)
  • Measuring, cutting and assembling materials together
  • Fitting exterior wall claddings, window frames and complete fit outs

Who we’re looking for

To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Driver’s licence and reliable transport essential
  • Have completed HSC is preferred however not essential
  • Hold a current White Card
  • Previous experience is not essential but would be beneficial
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and honest
