About the position
Looking to build a career in a Law Firm without having to go to University?
Develop an Administration Career in the legal industry and gain a qualification at the same time with this Business Traineeship. Our host’s team has a depth of experience that sets them apart in the region. You’ll learn the skills to confidently communicate with a range of people, understand business strategy and keep a workplace functioning at a high level.
Working in a professional, dynamic and fast paced office, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced and driven mentors.
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls and helping where possible, including dealing with general enquiries and queries
- Copying, scanning, binding and preparing other legal documents
- Meeting and greeting clients into the office
- Maintain and update company databases
Who we’re looking for
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maturity to handle sensitive information and clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient typing skills and abilities
- Ability to take direction and a readiness to learn and develop new skills
