The duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls and enquiries
- Greet and handle general enquiries via, email, phone and face to face
- Processing invoices and payments
- Communicating and liaising with managers and staff to assist with operation of business
- Willingness to undertake a Certificate III in Business
Who we’re looking for
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Driver’s license and reliable transport essential
- A willingness to develop skills and knowledge
- Ability to listen and follow instructions and ask for assistance when needed
- Friendly with a positive can-do attitude
- General knowledge of Microsoft office advantageous
