Throughout your on and off the job training, you will develop knowledge and skills to greet and handle general enquiries via phone, email and face to face, answer incoming calls and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, complete general administrative duties including mailing, filing and data management and general reception duties such as using computers and various software to assist with the business operations.
These roles involves administrative and reception support to the business. You will work in a fast paced and supportive environment and have excellent time management and organisational skills.
You will be able to multitask, communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, as well as demonstrate an intermediate level of computer literacy. You will have a professional presentation and phone manner, a willingness to learn and demonstrate a can-do attitude and commitment toward completing your formal training.
