2nd to 4th Year Carpentry Apprentice

Are you an out of trade 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Apprentice looking to join a great company in the Port Macquarie area? Are you looking to expand your current skill set while working towards and completing your Carpentry Apprenticeship?

The Opportunity

On a day-to-day basis, your duties may include (but are not limited to);

  • Ordering materials and supplies
  • Reading building plans and blueprints
  • Assist with fit outs and structural framing
  • Completing repairs and alterations
  • General aspects of carpentry

Who we’re looking for (selection criteria)

The successful candidate will:

  • At a minimum be in their 2nd year of a Carpentry Apprenticeship
  • Have strong problem solving skills
  • Have the ability to undertake manual/physical work
  • Demonstrate an ability to use manual tools
  • Hold a current White Card
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to listen and adapt to challenges
